Enquiries

An enquiry is the beginning of a private conversation with the maison. It is not an order, reservation or contract, and no payment is requested or collected through this website. Each creation is made to order; the final specification, materials, price, applicable taxes and timing are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed.

Your information

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, country, optional telephone number, the creation of interest and any note you choose to include. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Please do not send payment card details, identification numbers or other sensitive information through the form. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have shared.

The Register

Owners of first-edition pieces may choose to be named in the Register, unveiled at midnight on 31 December 2026 (IST). Being named is entirely optional, requires separate explicit consent, and is never a condition of an enquiry or purchase. Only confirmed owners who have consented will appear.

The Chronicle

The Chronicle of the Impossible is the maison’s founding legend, told in the spirit of the goldsmiths of eighteenth-century Paris. Folle Orfèvre is a contemporary independent maison and does not claim descent from, or affiliation with, any historical workshop or jewellery house.
