Payment, by arrangement.

Folle Orfèvre does not sell through an online checkout. Every creation is made to order, and payment is only ever requested against a written quotation and a signed agreement.

    Enquiry

    Tell us which creation interests you. There is no obligation and nothing is charged.

  2. II

    Consultation

    The maison contacts you privately to discuss the piece, sizing, materials and timing, by video call or in person.

  3. III

    Written quotation

    You receive a quotation with the final specification, price, applicable taxes and the delivery window, in your preferred currency.

  4. IV

    Agreement & deposit

    Once you approve the design, you sign a reservation agreement and pay a deposit against a secure invoice. The agreement sets out when the deposit is refundable.

  5. V

    Making & balance

    Your piece is made. The balance is invoiced only when it is finished and you have approved it.

  6. VI

    Delivery

    Insured delivery or private handover, with an invoice and documentation for your piece.

ACCEPTED METHODS

Payment is made through a secure invoice link from a regulated payment provider, which accepts major cards, bank transfer and UPI. The link is sent to you personally with your invoice and is valid only for that invoice.

Prices are set in US dollars. INR, EUR and AED amounts are indicative until confirmed in your quotation. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
